MacOS Setup for Smart DNS Proxy

Hier is onze video over het instellen van Smart DNS Proxy op Mac OSX en Windows. MAC OSX directe instructies beginnen bij minuut één in de video. Onder de video vindt u ook stap voor stap screenshot instructies.

Mac OSX instellen met Smart DNS Proxy

1. 1. Open Systeemvoorkeuren

2. Click on Network.

3. Select the network (Wireless or Ethernet) your Mac is connected to. For example, if your Mac is connected through Wi-Fi, make sure to select Wi-Fi.

Then Click on Advanced.

4. Click on DNS on the top section. Then click on the DNS Server IP and remove it with the - (minus) button below.

Then Click + (plus) button below to add Smart DNS Proxy IP addresses on the next step.

5. Fill DNS Server IPs.

Click on + button on the bottom left side of the screen to enter DNS Server IP. You will find IPs below.
Click on + button again and type the 2nd DNS Server IP.

Use the closest server to your physical location as Primary. Then select the 2nd closest server to your physical location as the Secondary server.

De lijst met IP-adressen van onze DNS-servers vindt u hier op onze DNS-serverlijst: https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/Servers.

You can change the above DNS IPs with the following. Using the closest location of your physical location will give you a better speed of DNS resolution.

Click Apply.

You are now set. You can now log in to your Smart DNS Proxy > My Account > Home and check if you can see DNS Configured and IP activated messages.

Attention

Alleen Smart DNS Proxy IP's mogen worden gebruikt. Als u nog andere DNS IP's had, zorg er dan voor deze te verwijderen. Anders werkt onze service niet.
Zorg ervoor dat u uw computer opnieuw opstart nadat u uw DNS-IP's hebt gewijzigd.
Ga naar www.smartdnsproxy.com en log in op uw account. Zo zal ons systeem uw IP-adres identificeren om te werken met Smart DNS Proxy diensten. Anders zal onze dienst niet werken.
